In this section, I share some of the projects I’ve developed and others I’m interested in, linking education, research, technology, and artificial intelligence to drive the evolution of the energy sector.

Potential of AI in Power Grid Operation

Status: In progress

Summary: Practical and academic exploration of how artificial intelligence can improve the operation of power grids. Includes replication of studies from the literature, dissemination of related Python libraries, and future independent research initiatives.
Technologies: Python, Grid2Op, pandapower, ML/AI
Links: Coming soon
Role: Research, experimentation, technical outreach

Study of the General Electricity Services Law

Status: In development
Summary: A structured and systematic study of Chile’s electricity legislation, aimed at both technical and public understanding. Includes natural language analysis, code-based examples, and real-world case studies. This project will lead to the launch of a YouTube channel focused on energy education.
Tools: Python, Jupyter, regulatory analysis
Links: Coming soon
Role: Technical-legal analysis, translation of law into accessible language

Tariff Studies and Regulatory Frameworks

Status: Planned
Summary: Replication and documentation of official tariff studies from Chile’s National Energy Commission (CNE), with the goal of making them more accessible. This project aims to bring the economic functioning of the power system closer to the public through reports, interactive notebooks, and educational videos.
Tools: Python, Excel, Pandas, data visualization
Links: Coming soon
Role: Technical documentation, energy literacy
